I hate to admit but I just started drinking coffee this year! My parents and grandparents always had a cup of coffee in their hands when I was younger. I remember one day I tasted it and UCK I never tried it again till here recently. I was shocked that I actually liked it and trust me I had my doubts but as an adult I wanted to least try to see what all the hype was about. Then I started researching single cup coffee makers. I will be honest I was overwhelmed with all the different coffee makers on the market. I had no clue what to really look for since this was all new for me. However, I noticed that one common brand everyone seemed to be recommending was Keurig! I read review after review and always wished I would be one of those lucky bloggers to receive one as a review. But to be honest I couldn’t wait any longer I needed a Keurig in my life and I needed it now! I was finally ready to make my purchase then out of the blue that day I got a email asking me if I would like to review one! This couldn’t be real lol, of course I would love to review one! I joked with the PR rep telling her she must have been reading my mind! She gave me different models to pick from and sent me all the information sheets on each unit. So, after comparing all the models I decided to go with the Keurig® K65 Special Edition Brewing System
So, when the package arrived I was like a child on Christmas day! I couldn’t wait to get it opened and put to the test!
The setup was extremely easy and I was brewing my first cup of coffee in less then 15 minutes. OMG I was in LOVE! I started with French Vanilla and it tasted great and even better, then the other coffee I was drinking before! I was amazed how different the taste was compared to making it from a regular coffee maker. All I can say is Keurig where have you been all my life!
About the Keurig® K65 Special Edition Brewing System:
The Special Edition Brewing System is the brand’s mid-luxury home brewing system that offers a blend of styling and convenient features. The Special Edition features chrome accents, a blue, back lit LCD display and three brew size options. Programmable features include a Digital Clock, Adjustable Temperature and Auto On/Off. The 60-ounce removable water reservoir holds up to eight cups before refilling and for the removable drip tray allows for easy cleaning and the use of travel mugs. At initial set up, once the machine is filled with water, it will take approximately 4-minutes for the water will be heated. During the heating period the red light next to HEATING on the LED Control Center will become illuminated. Once the water is heated, the red light will turn off and the Small Mug Button will flash. Cons:
Honestly, I can’t think of any! However, I have read many reviews that some of the units die sooner than expected. But to be totally honest even if that does happen I still say it’s worth the price to buy another one since I am actually saving money in the long run! But I keep hearing that Customer service Rocks if needed so I would sure give them a call first.
My Thoughts:
LOVE, LOVE. LOVE, IT! And I am not saying this because I got it for a review either. Honestly, this would have been one of the best purchases I had made in a long time if I had gone ahead and bought it. Plus the whole family is able to enjoy it.
With so many K-Cups available, there is honesty something for everyone! I love that I am able to have my morning coffee, my afternoon green tea and of course, I can’t forget how easy it is to make my kid’s their hot coco in the mornings! So Yes I personally would recommend this product to anybody and not think twice! I have even called my parents and told them that may new found love for coffee is even stronger thanks to the Keurig.
