Ok So I know I am not the only one that has big mouth or does something that causes awkward situations . I admit My mouth gets me in a lot of trouble. You would think by now that I would learn! I try so hard, I really do but I always find myself in awkward social situations now matter what or where! I admit sometimes it’s my own fault but others well let’s just say I blame that on my LUCK! I know I am not alone! In “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” Larry David constantly finds himself in awkward predicaments with his friends and neighbors due to his idiosyncrasies and social missteps. For example Larry is confronted one time by a man in a wheelchair after using the handicapped designated bathroom – a harmless offense, but one that nonetheless gets him in trouble due to his uncanny timing and stubborn refusal to admit wrongdoing. When I seen this clip it took me back to the time I decided to park in the Expecting mom/new mom’s parking space knowing good and well I was not pregnant and my baby was umm 2. It’ was raining and if you know me you know I hate to get wet. I never seen anyone actually using the parking space before so of course I thought it would be fine.. well just my luck as I am coming out with no belly or baby I might add, I see a brand new mother with a newborn baby in the rain! If looks could kill I would have been dead! I screamed that I was sorry but yea I am sure she didn’t really care at this point and just wanted to get in the store with her baby!
Emmy®-winning writer/producer/comedian Larry David created and stars in the Emmy®- and Golden Globe®-winning comedy series, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, one of the funniest and most original programs on television. Having evolved from the 1999 HBO special of the same name, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM stars Seinfeld co-creator Larry David…as Larry David…in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his life – at home, at work and around Los Angeles, as he gets into predicaments with fictional and real-life personalities, including Richard Lewis, Wanda Sykes, Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Kathy Griffin, Martin Short and Martin Scorsese to name a few. Shot in a verité style and featuring celebrities playing themselves, the episodes are improvised by the actors from an outline created by David.
So now it’s your turn!! I want to hear about your awkward social situations now matter how bad it is!! I told you one of mine..I will add more in my comments if you share LOL…
