American Dream Builders will host 12 of the most accomplished designers & home builders in the country against one another to showcase their respective creative talents. These designers & home builders scramble to transform dated interiors into functional works of art, and tired, dusty exteriors into vibrant desert oases. From Spanish to Tudor to Mid-century modern, the designers will be expected to produce sweeping home renovations that bring a fresh, modern sensibility while remaining true to the home’s innate charm & design characteristics.
I have always loved watching home makeover shows even as a small child. My dad was a carpenter so of course his favorite show back then was “this old house”. Thankfully, over the years, more shows starting popping up and can be watched anytime! I remember spending Saturday afternoons watching all the different shows with my parents. They were always inspired to do things around the house so off to lowe’s we went so we could start our next big project. Personally, I love the shows and ideas but I would rather just pay the pros to do it for me. Thankfully for me, I can call my dad! So, when I heard about American Dream Builders I knew I would love it! I have also made sure my parents tune in so if I see something that I like they will know what I’m talking about lol!

Nate Berkus: Design expert, best-selling author, and contributor to The Oprah Winfrey Show Nate Berkus even took on design challenges, showcases home improvement and personal makeover stories, and offered tips and tricks on his own show “The Nate Berkus Show”. So seeing that he is going to be a part of American Dream Builders, I know this is going to be a show I will be watching!
Eddie George: Former Heisman Trophy winner (Ohio State University) and NFL all-pro (Tennessee Titans) who has now become a renowned landscape architect.
Monica Pedersen: Interior design expert has appeared on several segments for “Today” as well as served as host on such HGTV shows as its popular “Designed to Sell.”
