Are you ready for Easter!?

Wow it’s almost Easter!  This year is going by really fast!  Don’t get me wrong I am glad that it’s now officially spring here in GA! The weather has been very nice to say the least.  However, somehow I forgot HOW SOON & FAST Easter is approaching.  I haven’t even started preparing!  I usually have almost everything done by now!  I still have outfits to buy, shoes to find, hair to get done and of course find the perfect EASTER BASKETS!

I make my own baskets and fill them up with the kid’s favorites.  I have never been a fan of those overpriced pre-filled baskets that mostly consist of nasty candy, a junk toy and tons of paper and that awful grass!  However, I am really stretching myself thin lately with spring cleaning and other projects!  So I was very excited to see that Red Envelope has some great personalized Easter baskets!  I found the perfect baskets for Princess Jada!  The only issue was deciding which one I WANTED! I really loved this one..I mean I am buying it for a “princess”

and this one is just so cute this is was the first one I seen!

But I decided to go with this one instead!

Plus it comes with candy and a bunny. So for the price this was the better deal!

The best part it was priced almost the same I’d pay for those pre-filled baskets (that I HATE) and less than what I would spend doing it myself.  And it actually comes with her name embroidered!  I also ordered each of the kids these cute little chicks in different colors with their names.

I will still be making the other kids baskets since I already have the “basket” in themes that is unique and age appropriate for them.  Plus of course I will be adding a few items to Jada’s but this has saved me a lot of time and stress!  So if you are looking for cute and unique baskets to fill up yourself or even a basket that already has candy make sure you check out Red Envelope first!   Red Envelope has never let me down yet!  I love ordering unique gifts from them, especially for those hard to find for people on my list!  The customer service itself can’t be beat!

So do you make your own baskets or buy pre-made?
