If you follow me on Facebook or pintrest, I am sure you know that I am in the middle of SPRING CLEANING and re-organizing! I admit when it comes to spring cleaning I get a little obsessive! Something about spring cleaning makes me all happy inside. I only do these major cleanings 4 times a year. Of course I clean daily but let’s face it there is just something about new seasons that puts you in the cleaning mood! This is my time to get rid of any and everything we don’t need or use, like those expiring or expired items hiding in the back of the cabinets and those clothes is searching for new homes! I also get those areas that I often over look like our closets, basement, laundry room, and of course that dreaded garage!
This weekend I spent “my time” redoing my oldest daughter’s bedroom! Her Birthday is Tuesday! She is my official spring baby! She will be 12! Since she is getting older she wanted a more “older look”. She decided to go with the pink and black zebra theme. So, we had to do a complete makeover with paint included! Talk about a JOB! The sad part is I’m still not 100% done! I started with her closest, I knew this was going to be chore!! I just wasn’t prepared for so much STUFF!! She had bagged up old clothes, new clothes, and just STUFF and threw it in her closet! Since I didn’t have a clue what was in these bags, I had to go through them first! She has always been a clean freak and hates clutter. However instead of waiting till I can “do it” she bags everything up herself. Trust me she would trash almost everything if I’d let her! If it’s in her way or something she doesn’t like it’s going in a bag or box! I don’t like her throwing clothes away because she has nice things, I’d rather give to someone else! The funny part is , we do this before each season so I still don’t understand how she HAS SO MUCH STUFF SHE DON’T WANT, CAN’T FIT IT IN OR JUST DON’T WANT!

I have always loved the power of Pine-Sol ! I can remember my mom using it when I was a kid. I have tried other brands over the years but nothing can beat Pine-sol especially the lemon scent!
