A couple of weeks ago I shared with you my best and worst Anniversary gifts ever received. Today we are going to talk about funny habits my lovely hubby tries to hide. I say “try” because he really doesn’t get anything past me. I know him so good that, I usually know what he is going to do before he even does it! Plus we really share almost everything anyways; yes that includes the good, the bad and the ugly!
However, the biggest thing is him buying cds and then trying to HIDE THEM. I am sure everyone is like so what it’s Just CD’s but no it’s not just CDS! He has THOUSANDS of cds! He loves music, to the point that it’s actually become an addiction. I already knew this when we got together so it wasn’t a big issue. Now it’s a BIG issue! We are running out of room to “hide” them. Think Hoarders but a clean, neat, and organized hoarder.
He has them in cd books and every few days he re- arranges them! He has his own little system! It’s SO BAD that if I or the kids move one HE WILL KNOW! Talk about obsessed! It’s totally insane especially since everything can be bought digitally these days! However, he refuses to buy digital.
The other week I sent him to the store for something, but it seemed like he was taking longer than I expected. I just brushed it off and got on twitter and facebook to my surprise he was talking about a he just bought new cd that came out that day on twitter. HE EVEN TOOK A PICTURE AND POSTED IT ON INSTAGRAM! I decided I was going to play it off and not say a word. I just acted like I didn’t know anything about it when he came home. I just casually ask what took so long. He started rambling and I gave him that look. You know the look we give kids when we know they are up to something! So, he busted out laughing and said ok, you got me I went to get the new Nas cd! We both started laughing and all I could say is “YOU GOT IT BAD”.
I don’t mind that he buys them, I just wish he would go digital to save space!! So now it’s your turn! Tell me all about your husband’s funny habits!
