I have been tossing the idea of hardwood flooring or Laminate Wood throughout the whole house for a while now. I really love the look and to be honest I am sick of carpet! I keep hearing the pros and cons of both types! The truth is making a decision to buy either hardwood flooring or laminate flooring has been rather confusing, to say the least!
The thing that worries me the most is I keep hearing that hardwood scratches easier! With kids and animals that is a big deal for me. I need something that is going to be durable and also easy to replace or fix. However, it’s no secret that as soon as the housing market does pick up I am planning to sell. That’s what has me leaning toward Hardwood since it does add value to the house where Laminate doesn’t so much. Then again I keep asking myself why spend so much on something now that I know I’ll just be selling! It’s safe to say I will not be rushing on this decision anytime soon.
That still hasn’t stopped me from looking around and comparing prices.
