If you read my blog you know that our 3 year old pom Marley is SPOILED! I am sure you have read the many rants and raves over the years. When we first got Marley I admit there were MANY days I would ask “what did I get myself into”. Now I can honestly say I don’t see us without him. He is officially a part of the family. However, he still drives me crazy at times. I have never seen a dog so picky! I am sure by now you know how hard it was to find him the perfect dog food that he would actually eat! When I say we tried every brand we did!
Recently I found about Cesar Brand’s new line of baked treats for small dogs, called Cesar Cookie Crunchies. They offer savory flavors and a tantalizing, mouthwatering taste (so we assume) for your four-legged family member. These 10-calorie bite-sized treats serve as a worthwhile reward for a trick well done or a simple acknowledgement for a “good boy” or “good girl”-just another way to say I love you. We have always loved the “Cesar brand” so I was excited to try these new treats.
When they arrived my daughter wanted to give him one right away. I have to keep a close eye on her because she would feed him treats all day! However, I let her give him one. He took it and ran in his crate! When she walked by the crate he started growling. So that tells us these got his approval! He usually doesn’t growl unless it’s something that he really loves. Usually he will just look at us and keep eating. He really liked them. We got both flavors, but he prefers the Rotisserie Chicken a little more over the Filet Mignon.
If it makes him happy, it makes us happy! So we will be buying these from now on! So tell me about your pet? I’d love to hear your stories!
