I am sure that you have noticed I haven’t been around much!  Well ok, at least blogging! I am sure you have seen me on facebook and of course my new addiction like many others pinterest!  With spring coming and all the spring cleaning and organization tips I have been finding I am busy redoing and preparing my house!   However, I felt that I really need to break away and get this review up for one of my new favorites!!  The Perfect Sweep Turbo by BISSELL!

What can I say! This little sweeper packs a lot of power!  It reminds me of the old manual sweeper my grandmother used to have but this one cleans 10x’s better! I remember as a child how much I used to play with hers!  The funny thing is now my girls are the same way! They have both asked me to buy them their OWN!  (sorry it’s not going to happen) However, they do keep my floors spotless!

After getting it out of the box, the setup was less than a minute! We use this every day! I am sure you seen all my reviews on vacuum cleaners so you already know that I can’t stand anything on my floors! This makes it so much easier since it’s so light!

For only $39.99 you can’t beat the price!  I was amazed how well this actually picked up! I also love that I can just empty it after we are done using it. This is a must have for everyone! We are giving this 2 thumbs up!!

I know I am not alone when I say technology has taken over our house!  I have been noticing more and more how much my kids are actually spending on the computer playing games or watching youtube videos! However, despite my best efforts to motivate the kids, learning often takes a back seat to more attractive entertainment options.  I admit some of the games they play are educational but I’d like them to do more!

I recently learned about a new site called DimensionU.  I was very excited to try it out especially with my oldest daughter Jasmine. DimensionU offers a fun, educational program that allows kids to play an action-packed computer game while simultaneously sharpening their math skills.  Jasmine has always had issues with math. She hates it but loves to play games!  I knew this was going to be PERFECT!

DimensionU has taken math beyond the mundane by creating an exciting outlet for children to learn while earning rewards for their hard work. I decided that I was going to pledge half of her weekly allowance.  That way she will still earn her allowance for good behavior and chores.  However, the catch is if she wants the full amount she has to earn it on DimensionU. Each week she gets new challenges.  The Challenge starts just after midnight on Monday and runs until the next Sunday, at midnight. I will admit at first she didn’t like this idea! She didn’t think that it was fair! We have also decided to add the other kids involved!

As many of you know my dog Marley is the king of the house!  He is spoiled beyond words!  However, walking him used to be a chore!  Everyone used to fuss about whose turn it was to walk him! Have you ever found a pen that you would consider your favorite? I have plenty of times. However, I am always finding myself trying to guard it from people taking it! Over the years I should know by now when a person ask to borrow a pen 9 times out of 10 you’re not getting it BACK!
