Most of you know that I love Yoplait Light and Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy yogurt.  So, when I was invited By My blog sparks to try new Yoplait Greek of course I said yes!!  If you watch biggest loser, I am sure that you seen Bob Sharing it with Victoria last week.   I am always trying to get more protein into my diet so I was very interested in this new Yoplait Greek.

I will admit I didn’t know if I would like the flavors but Yoplait didn’t disappoint! My Favorite is the Strawberry and Plan.  I like the Plain one because I can add other fruits to the mix or use it for a smoothie.   The Greek yogurt is not as sweet as other yogurts and has a very natural taste.
