As Most of you know I am currently on a DIET No let me take that back a lifestyle change! I have cut a lot of things out of my diet! I will admit I still love my snacks and don’t want to completely deprive myself!  I now opt for healthier snack options and try to limit my snack calories to 100 3 times a day..Yes that’s Right I eat 3 snacks a day LOL! So 300 calories for 3 snacks are GREAT if you think about it because most snacks are around that for just 1 serving!

  11. I outsmart temptation with chocolate. I have a small piece of dark chocolate each day. Dark chocolate is good for me and it satisfies my sweet tooth.

  14. I like the thick and creamy vanilla but I also love the ones that have pommegranate in them.

  17. I like the plain, and I add sugar free maple syrup to it sweeten it. Yum! It’s lowest in calories this way.
