Last week My Laptop Charger broke. I thought I was going to die! Yea I know I have a desktop and also a netbook but My laptop is my best friend next to my blackberry! I really Didn’t want to go to the store and pay more then what I could get them online so I went to LaptopMate and got the charger that I thought Was the right one!

Well When It got here I was all happy Like a child on Christmas TILL I tried to plug it in and It was to Big For my Model! My Heart dropped YES I HAVE IT BAD! I sent a quick email asking if they had the model I needed and got a response right back saying they will look and let me know. She then sent me another email saying that she thinks that she has it in but can she call me to make sure which I said SURE!

she called and wanted me to read her the numbers off my other one. we were having a hard time finding the right one because Toshiba had 2 different numbers showing but then we find it! She told me she would send it right out so I was out.

I received it Yesterday and it works perfect! I am so happy with my experience with them. I was really worried that they would want me to ship the old one back first then Wait till they got it before sending out the new one which would me even LONGER before I could get back on my laptop!
