With the kids all going back to school, I’ve come to the conclusion that I can no longer avoid the scale. I have got to do something about this extra weight and I am determined to make my new diet last!  I am currently doing the HCG diet again so its important that I weigh in daily.

To help me on my weight loss journey, I received the Weight Watchers® by Conair™ Glass Body Analysis Scale Model WW52. This is the newest model scale by Conair and is a very welcomed addition to our home. Since I own the old version, it was nice to see the upgrades they made to this newer model. Not only does it look great in my bathroom, but it also has impact-resistant tempered safety glass platform with stainless steel side panels.

In addition to accurately weighing someone up to 400 pounds, the Weight Watchers® by Conair™ Glass Body Analysis Scale also measures body fat and water weight. Before this model of scale, I’d honestly never heard of one that measured water weight, so this was an amazing feature to me! I also like not having to calculate my own body fat. Since the scale knows me, it only needs my new weight during each weigh-in to calculate my body fat, body water, bone mass, and body mass index (bmi).

I really do think that the Weight Watchers® by Conair™ Glass Body Analysis Scale is going to be an excellent tool to help me achieve my weight loss goals. Because it takes a lot of the work out of keeping track of your weight and other fitness numbers, I can concentrate more on my work-out, and less on my math!

Estee Lauder Serum has mixed reviews

You’ve probably heard of Estee Lauder, they are widely known for their cosmetic products, and are considered to be one of the industry leaders. Their products can be a little on the expensive side, whether they are worth it is a matter of debate. One product in particular the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair might be one that isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I was looking at Estee Lauder Serum review and was not really impressed.

Women of all ages are always looking for products that will slow down the appearance of the natural aging process.  There are many different kinds of products available today which include injections and topical creams. For simplicity purposes topical creams would seem to be the most popular, but with so many creams out there what should you choose is the question many women ask themselves.

Ingredients are probably or should be a deciding factor when picking an anti-aging cream.  There are scientifically proven ingredients for this type of product, things like Argireline®, Hylauronic Acid or Real Collagen. If the Estee Lauder product contained these ingredients I would think that the company would proudly display these ingredients. That being said, since Estee Lauder doesn’t provide a complete list of ingredients for their product; this could be a deterring factor in purchasing the product.

With so many similar products out there for purchase, I believe that women should make an informed choice on the product they are using. Since this product line doesn’t fully disclose the ingredients in their products, and then I would recommend researching other product lines which do disclose all their ingredients. Researching the pros and cons of each major ingredient, making sure that there aren’t any adverse effects of using them; with that information an informed decision can be made.
