Is it a real drag to freshen up in your tired old bathroom? It might be time to spend the time and money on a complete bathroom rejuvenation. You may be looking for stunning bathrooms for your home for a completely brand-new look, or to replace an old worn-out bathroom. This article will discuss five important things to consider while you’re in the planning stages of your renovation. In these early stages, it can be worthwhile to visit the showroom of specialist bathroom suppliers like Vinci Living. Seeing some of the design concepts and limitations explored in this article in context can be hugely beneficial.
It’s really important to plan the layout of your new bathroom. The most cost effective solution is to ensure that all of the inlet and outlet pipes for the shower, sink, toilet and bath are located together. To keep it even simpler, keep these elements in their original positions and simply upgrade the style and quality of each, without altering the layout. Don’t forget some of the smaller items like toilet roll holders and towel rails in the planning period. If they’re not considered in the early stages, there may not actually be a suitable place for installation at the end. This is why it can be beneficial to hire contractors like Amiano and Son home remodeling services, so they can provide their expertise within the process, from planning to executing the project.
Unless you can make do without a hair dryer, straightener, curler, or clippers, your bathroom will probably need at least one electrical outlet. For functional reasons, you’ll want to install an outlet within one meter of the sink and mirror. When figuring out the placement of your electrical outlets, you’ll want to search for “electrician Cheltenham” (or wherever you live) to consult with a professional about where you would like to have them installed and to see if it is feasibly possible without having to open up your walls. You also need to make sure that cords won’t be draped across wet areas such as the basin or the bath in order to use appliances at the mirror.
Unless you’re a skilled interior designer with a flair for colour schemes, it’s often best to stick with three basic colours. Do a little online research to find which three colours work best together. When you’ve selected your scheme, you’ll need to work out how to implement it throughout the room. To keep it simple, main colour should be used in the shower and floor tiles, bath and basin. A primary accent colour should be used on the walls and cabinets. A secondary accent colour should be used sparingly in accent tiles, trim and accessories.
The incorporation of the double vanity has become increasingly popular over the last decade. It gives couples the freedom to get ready at the same time, without any arguments over who gets to use the basin and mirror. A few daring designers are taking the idea a step further. When presented with a sizeable bathroom to remodel, they’re actually splitting the space in two to create two separate bathroom areas. With a bit of interior planning and the help of experts in plumbing Kamloops (or elsewhere more relevant), the bathrooms can be specifically designed for each partners’ needs in a smaller form factor that’s cosy for one person use.
Aside from the plumbing, tiling can often be the most expensive item on the bathroom remodel budget. It’s not just the cost of the tiles and the tradesperson to lay them. Those old tiles also need to be removed, a costly and time-consuming process that many first-time renovators don’t consider. This is an especially important consideration in older homes. Depending on how your original tiles were installed, entire walls might have to be removed and the concrete floor ground back. This can be a nasty, unexpected shock to your budget.
Keep these ideas in mind as you plan and execute your bathroom renovation – you might end up with a more stylish, more functional space!

For majority of people, if you’re unable to work your entire livelihood will be changed dramatically. No more eating out, no more vacations, no more treats for the kids, but most importantly, no more bills will get paid. Being off work due to an injury or illness is hard enough as you have a whole new way of life to adapt to, but when these stresses are compounded with the notion of not being able to make your next mortgage payment, the pressure can become too much. Below are some ideas of how you can still get your bills paid on time if you can’t work due to injury or illness.
Protecting your income should be just as important as protecting your assets and your children. An income protection policy is the best way to ensure you’ll still be able to pay your bills on time if you’re injured or ill and can’t work because of it. You don’t have to go through the big banks and insurance agencies. There are smaller insurance providers like www.superclaim.com.au that are more nimble and better equipped to work one-on-one with customers.
If you’ve suffered an injury on the job that stops you from being able to work then hiring a personal injury lawyer like those at https://www.killianlaw.com/ can be crucial in seeking the compensation you deserve. These legal experts specialize in navigating the complexities of workplace injury cases, from gathering evidence to negotiating with employers and insurance companies. By hiring legal help, you gain an advocate who will fight to uphold your rights and secure fair reparation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages. With their expertise, you can focus on your recovery while they work to hold those responsible who are accountable for a lapse in safety, resulting in injury.
Many people don’t realise that the money you put into your superannuation every pay can actually be accessed early if circumstances call for it. Although you might not want to touch this precious fund until retirement, the relief it will bring knowing you have that money there as a back-up will be enormous.
Cancelling non-essentials might not solve all your problems, but it may be a huge help in the short term. It might not feel like you can get through a day without Foxtel, but the truth is, you actually can! Make a list of all the essential items such as phone, internet, water and electricity, then go through and cull as much of everything else that you can. You can always sign up again once your regular income is back on track, but for the moment it’s doing nothing but wasting precious funds.
By contacting the companies you owe money to – or will owe money to down the track – and letting them know what your circumstances are, you might be pleasantly surprised at just how understanding they are. You are not even close to being the first person in these circumstances, so by being upfront you will be able to discuss alternate options such as payment plans, extended deadlines, or deferred payments.
The feeling of not being able to pay your bills or support your family financially can be completely debilitating. The main thing is to not let it completely overrun you. Yes, it is going to be hard, yes, it will take its toll, but if you don’t make a plan to deal with it directly you will only make the situation worse for yourself and your family. Be proactive about solutions and take stock in the fact that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
How did you or someone you know cope with their own financial difficulties when absent from work due to an illness or injury? Leave your comments in the space below.

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for LISTERINE. I received samples for this review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

As most parents know that, a brand-new school year always brings new routines. We have been back in school since the first week of August, but that doesn’t mean we have had our schedules and regular routines in order since then! To be honest we are just now finding ways to help us stay in routine. This also includes getting healthier inside and out! Over the summer, the kids slacked off due to the lazy hot days and late nights. However, I find that one thing they are still having trouble fitting in their routine is FLOSSING!! I shouldn’t say trouble fitting it in because it’s more of just forgetting!
So, I’m excited to be able to participate in LISTERINE Heroic Habits campaign. We received a lot of great products from the LISTERINE brand that will help get my kids back in the flossing routine. The teens were amazed over the fact that floss came in so many different types and of course; the youngest was happier about her Barbie Smart rinse. We have trusted and bought LISTERINE mouthwash, for as long as I can remember. So hopefully with the new products in hand this will help my kids get back to that very important daily habit of flossing!
I love that with the new line of flosses that there is something for everyone! For me personally my favorite are the Gentle gum care and HealthyWhite!

As a mom on the go, I admit I never leave home without floss and my LISTERINE POCKETPAKS in my purse! I never want to be caught of guard with stinky breath or food stuck between my teeth! Unlike gum and mints, you can discreetly keep POCKETPAKS in your mouth as you are talking and not have to worry about it accidentally slipping out of your mouth!

Be sure to check out the LISTERINE YouTube page featuring the Healthy Habit Heroes video series today!
To buy LISTERINE Products online or find retailers where LISTERINE products are available be sure to check out www.listerine.com/shop-now today! While you’re there make sure you print coupons for even more savings.
Check back later to see how we are doing in our flossing challenge! But first please share with me your oral care struggles with your own children!
