Make Painting Easier with Home Right EZ Twist Paint Stick

I usually Paint one time a year but admit I hate painting!  I have been holding off on painting my son’s room since Christmas.  His Room was blue but for Christmas he re-did his room in UGA!! (GO DAWGS!). I am sure you know blue does not look good with red and black!   When I was contacted about reviewing a new tool that would help make my painting easier of course I took it!  I also took that as a sign my son’s room can’t wait any longer!

The Home Right EZ-Twiststick is an easy-to-use painting roller that holds the paint right in the handle of the tool, making your painting work faster and more efficient. With a simple twist motion of the handle, the paint is applied to the roller without mess, spills, the need of a paint tray, or the pain of having to bend over continually to do the job. The long paint-filled handle also serves as an extension to easily reach high places without a ladder. The included paint can cover with fill tube takes the paint directly from a 1-gallon can to provide you with continuous paint delivery, and the handle holds enough paint to cover an 8-foot by 8-foot area with one fill. When you’re done painting, unused paint can easily be returned to the container. This product also comes with a 3/8-Inch perforated roller cover for smooth and semi-smooth surfaces and a splatter shield that snaps on for splatter protection; it is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

I will admit that when we started we didn’t read the directions and I was getting upset not thinking it was going to work! LOL then when we took the time to read those, things started working (WOW LOL).  I loved it! No more going back and forth every few minutes putting paint on the rollers.  The painting time was also cut in half , Another plus was  we didn’t have any mess!  I loved the fact that the roller reached high places so I didn’t need help since I am 5’2!  Now that my son’s room is painted it’s time to move to the girl’s room which I am not dreading now since I have the Home Right EZ-Twiststick.

Treat Dad to Lunch this Father’s Day at Chili’s

With Father’s day coming why not make plans to head to your local Chili’s?  I am sure dad won’t mind and this is a plus for all of us mom’s who would rather not cook! Thanks to Chili’s and WOMFire, my family had a chance to check out our local Chili’s last weekend.  This was the first time that we actually took the kids to Chili’s with us.  I thought we had taken them before but apparently we seem to always be kid free when we go.

The service was great! We couldn’t have asked for a better server! When we went Last Friday night, I was expecting it to be packed but since it was just around 6 it wasn’t bad.  We didn’t even have to wait to be seated and with a party of 7 that was very helpful!

The food was also great. My family always has to start off with wings so we started with the TRIPLE DIPPER™ we got the wings, Big Mouth® Bites and Chicken Crispers. My son Dre is the wing king, so we let him try them first. He loved them! He said they were better than Applebee’s so that means a lot! The kids loved everything. I decided that with all the stuff I have been dealing with that I would order me a drink.I got my usual frozen margarita which was GREAT.  When it came to ordering the main meal everyone needed more time.  We finally decided and the kids, my sister and I got the CRISPY HONEY-CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CRISPERS and of course if you know my husband he got the SOUTHERN SMOKEHOUSE BACON BURGER. My mom also got a Burger.

My Kid’s made me promise we would never go again with out bringing them. I said ok but mmm  I am sure I’ll have some more moments when I am “kid free ‘ LOL! I want to thank Chili’s and WOMFire For this great review and fun time! Sometimes you just need a Break from cooking!

Clean with No Nasty Chemicals with the help of ecostore USA..

ecoStore USA sent me the 2 product s to review and to give an honest opinion of the products.  Here lately I have been trying to go more natural with everything I do and use, so when I was pitched for ecoStore I was happy to put it to the test.

The First product that I knew I had to try was the Pure Oxygen Whitener around here we have lots of stains to clean but I hate the thought of using bleach on the baby stuff.  Pure Oxygen Whitener contains oil of citrus and Coconut and other plant-based ingredients.  I love the way this product brightens and cleans the baby and kid clothes without any harsh chemicals that could irritate delicate or sensitive skin.  I was amazed that it was able to get all the stains out of the baby bibs and made them look like they were brand new!

The second item I picked was for the king of the house our dog “Marley”.  Marley is a pom so we decided to try the Leave-In Conditioner.  We have to stay on top of things or we get knots, since he has so much long fur.  The Leave-In Conditioner worked perfectly!  It helps detangle and the shine it left after looked like we just left from the groomer!

I can honestly say that I will be buying more of these products and I can’t wait to try the baby care items next!
