I guess it’s safe to say that I am addicted to hair products! My hair products go hand in hand with the big collection of makeup. This started when I was in high school. I am sure you know that during those years my collection keeps getting bigger. It seems like a new product hits the shelves weekly and I buy it. I like to try every new product that comes out. Some I love some I ask myself WHY DID I BUY THAT! I was invited to try the Conair Spin Air Brush and scünci bendini. I actually was looking at the Spin brush but this was one of the items, I was just not sure about. I was worried that it would Tangle our hair bad. We have thick Hair and I have to be very careful with items like this. If not you can just imagine the mess that happens! It’s a nightmare trying to get it untangled.

Simply brush through wet or damp hair for instant drying power. I decided to start the test with “princess Jada” her hair is thinner and easier to manage then mine and Jas. I admit I was scared! I knew if this got stuck in her hair I would never hear the end of it! I started with a TINY Piece of hair so I could get a better understanding on how this was going to work. SO FAR SO GOOD! I moved on to bigger pieces and in no time I was DONE! Her hair looked GREAT! The tangle-free anti-static bristles allow you to customize your volume with or without the spin function. The powerful ceramic heat distributes heat evenly for less damage, and an ionic generator releases 100x more ions than typical tourmaline ceramic motors. With 100x more ions, your hair will have maximum conditioning and shine! After I styled her hair I added the scünci bendini clip to complete the look. I wish I had pictures to show how great this looked. However my camera is MIA and my photos with my phone didn’t turn out right! Neato XV-11 by Robotics saves me time! *Review*

I always made jokes about wanting a vacuum that would run on it’s on! NOW I DO! I was recently invited to test out the Neato XV-11 by Robotics. I was very happy to put this to the test! I admit I didn’t really have high expectations. I didn’t think that it was possible that this little machine could live up to all the hype. I am sure if you’re like me you have used the handheld rechargeable vacuums. So this made me believe that enough suction could not be generated by such a device, let alone travel the floor ALONE. I am glad to say that I was wrong!

We have a 2 year old Pomeranian so when I say he sheds a lot. THAT’S A UNDERSTATEMENT! Then add the kids dragging in dirt I am always vacuuming! Neato XV-11 does a great job picking up the pet hair and dirt off the carpet and laminate floors. The setup was very simple; there isn’t much you need to do with the Neato. Just plug in the base station and let it charge up. When you are ready for it to clean, just push the big orange button and off it goes. Once it’s finished in one room, it will start working in the next–or return automatically to its base for recharging and resume cleaning where it left off. I also like that you are able to Schedule everyday cleaning with a few simple button presses and your house is always ready for those unexpected guests, even when you’ve been out all day. This saves me time and With the Neato running daily my floors remains incredibly clean. The amount of pet hair and dirt it picks up is actually amazing. In fact I admit that since I have received the Neato , the only time I use my upright vacuum now is one day a week! That is on Saturday’s when we do a full house cleaning.

My Final Conclusion
I actually love the machine! The $400 price tag is where I have personal concerns; I admit that this machine is great! However Personally I am not sure that I would be willing to convince my husband to buy this. This is nothing I would get rid of my upright for. The power and features are great but I still feel that it’s more as a “helper” then a replacement. The product warranty is a 30-day, money back guarantee and a one year limited warranty. So I would say to at least give it a test for the 30 days and decide personally if the cost is worth it for your family in the long run. However I still would give it 5 stars for the performance!

The process was very simple! Of course I had to clean my screen due to all those finger prints but after that it was a piece of cake putting it on. Make science projects fun with Scientific Explorer and Elmer’s *REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY*CLOSED with winner*

Each year parents are faced with the challenge of making science fun and engaging for children. As science fair season begins, frustrations may arise both at home and in the classroom as kids struggle to not only stay excited about science, but also create an innovative (and painless) science fair display.  To help with these challenges, Scientific Explorer and Elmer’s have partnered to show kids just how easy and fun science, and science fair presentations, should be.

I was lucky enough to be invited to review a Science Fair Prize Package.  Since Dre is now in middle school, we have started doing more projects then before.  I was very happy to do this review and let him decided which one he wanted. We were able to pick either the Lava Blasting Volcano Kit or the Mythbusters Weird World of Water kit.  Of Course Dre picked the Lava Blasting Volcano.

The kit Includes plaster, baking soda, citric acid, red food coloring, 1 measuring cup, 1 measuring spoon, 1 stir stick, 1 volcano mold top, 1 volcano mold base, 1 volcano stand, and activity guide.

Volcanoes are one of the most awesome forces found in nature.  When they erupt – watch out!  They can shoot rocks and gases miles into the air and their lava flows can outrace a speeding car.  Let’s try that at home!  In this kit, you’ll find everything you need to create an amazing volcanic blast.  You’ll cause your own eruption and watch the lava blow!  Plus you’ll learn some really cool science that explains how volcanoes form and why they explode. Volcano can erupt up to 10 times!

 

He was very excited about doing this review. He would come home daily and ask if it had arrived.  When it got here, I had to make him wait till the weekend to get started.  I wanted to also have time to watch him do it.  The weekend finally came and even though he had his cousin over he was still asking when he could do it!  I decided that, I might as well let him do it now or he would drive me crazy till I did.   OFF to the kitchen table we went.  The Set up was pretty simple but we had to wait a full 24 hours for the mold to set.  Dre wasn’t very happy about waiting any longer but the next day he seemed to have got over it when we was able to finish the project.  We were all impressed with the quality of product and will be buying more of these kits.  Not only are these  fun science projects they are also great activities for the whole family to do.

I haven’t let him use the Elmer’s Foam Board or the Elmer’s Project Popperz ® accessories yet. We are going to use those after spring break for his school science project!  I had to hide them from my girls because they wanted them really bad!
